Went to this dealership to look at the new Kia Sportage. Kyle, the salesperson there, was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-key. There were some questions that he seemed hesitant to answer. I met a sales manager there, too...he seemed much more like a "typical" car salesman...kinda pushy, deflecting questions about pricing and details. So it was a mixed experience. In the end, they didn't have the color I wanted, and they didn't get back very quickly on finding it. I found what I was looking for at a dealership closer to home, so I'm not sure what the full experience would have been at Herb Chambers. More

I purchased my vehicle from another Kia dealer. What a subpar experience compared to Burlington's staff!
