I recently purchased a used car from Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. I had the car for a couple of weeks and took it for its first car wash. When I stepped out of my car after the wash - two spots of rust t Burlington. I had the car for a couple of weeks and took it for its first car wash. When I stepped out of my car after the wash - two spots of rust that were not there before. I’m past the 5 day return window. It’s disappointing that these spots appear to have been temporarily covered up, and we’re not disclosed on the sale. I’m not sure if this is a fast one on the part of the dealership, or the party who traded the vehicle. Nevertheless, rust on a used car that is not disclosed is an awful discovery. More

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership was unacceptable. The sales process started very well, and that’s the only reason I moved forward with purchasing a experience with this dealership was unacceptable. The sales process started very well, and that’s the only reason I moved forward with purchasing a $40,000 car. But once the documents were signed, everything changed. The customer service became the worst I have ever experienced. I asked for an Uber due to an urgent personal situation so I could pick up my car, and they refused to help in any way even after spending such a large amount of money. I also clearly explained that I could only come after 6–7 PM due to personal issues, and instead of supporting me, it became a huge and unnecessary problem. To make it worse, they never completed the car inspection. I am now driving a car without inspection, and I have to go to a Kia dealership myself to fix their mistake something that takes time I simply don’t have. I asked if they could at least offer a small courtesy, like an oil change or any type of customer care gesture, and they gave me absolutely nothing. The moment the sale was secured, the professionalism disappeared. This dealership does not value customers after the signature is on the paper. I do not recommend this place to anyone. More

However, I am always pleased with the extra touch, they washed and vacuumed my car! Finding the car spic and span was a nice bonus and shows they value their customers.
