I purchased my new 2022 Lexus ES350 at this dealership and all service has been perfomed at this dealership. Tom has been my Service Advisor throughout and he and his team have been exceptional in assurin and all service has been perfomed at this dealership. Tom has been my Service Advisor throughout and he and his team have been exceptional in assuring that my vehicle continues to perform and run perfectly without any problems. Tom always takes time to explain all service that will be performed and I like the feature of the technician videoing of the examination of the brake pads, tire treads, and underside of the car.
