I have owned my car for 1 year. I recently brought it in for the 10k mile service. When I gave it to my service advisor he told me it would be a maximum of 90 minutes. Well, I got I recently brought it in for the 10k mile service. When I gave it to my service advisor he told me it would be a maximum of 90 minutes. Well, I got out of there 2 1/2 hours later! AND they failed to do the annual inspection. My last experience with them was similar. I was only given 1 key when I took possession of my car due to a “chip shortage “. When I came in to have the key programmed they said it would be a max of 90 minutes. I was there close to 3 hours. The first service at 5k miles was ok/uneventful. Each of my visits for service were complementary. After the complete disregard of my time and the lack of detail to attention you can be assured that I will not return for service in the future. When I was buying the car the salesman bragged about Her Chambers service. Well, I am laughing out loud! More

Extremely disappointed with the lack of response from late February when I picked up the car. Waited to be contacted for a process that came with the car. Left several messages with no response. John in the parts department followed through on this service and it took him 3 calls a week apart to finally get someone to contact me. I made an appointment for 5/29 at 2PM which I arrived 10 minutes early and the reception area had nothing in the computer. I was then walked over to the woman I had made the appointment with and proceeds to tell me that they left. She called them to return which took over 1/2 hour. I had asked to use a loaner as I had been so inconvenienced and was told there would not be any available. I observed 2 courtesy cars in the lot and they were still there when I left. I had 2 Lexus vehicles in the past through Lexus of Watertown and they were fabulous. Always treated the customers with respect and care. I can’t believe that this situation took from late February until the end of May. More
