During the past few months, Robert was in constant contact with us, always available to answer any questions we might have. Last week we went in and sat with Robert to once again go over the RX and we decided it was the right car for us. We picked up the car last Monday and Robert went over every detail with us. The pleasure of working with this dealership begins at the entry. I was met by a very friendly and supportive receptionist. W/Out any delay, I was able to test drive 2 vehicles w/ different options. Mr. Al-Haq provided me with all the relevant information and promo materials and a price quotation. The very next day, I received a follow-up call from Mr. Charles Saghbini, Sales Manager. He followed up with an e-mail message containing additional information and an updated price quotation, which was fair but not quite to my liking. The negotiations continued in the most polite and constructive manner and in 2 days we came to an agreement, I came to the dealership again, signed all the necessary paper and a day later I drove out from the dealership in a new Lexus. Mr. Al-Haq and Eric Coggins, Financial Services Director politely offered a few additional options but there was not any pressure on their part. Mr. Al-Haq spent about an hour with me explaining various quite sophisticated options of the new car prior to my departure from the dealership. In sum, the car is wonderful, price is good, and service has been outstanding. More
