When a routine service visit to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon uncovered an eminent safety issue I was devastated. I loved my 2005 Lexus RX330 which I had purchased from a non-Lexus dealer only a few years earlier. The question became whether to fix the problem which was quite expensive, or purchase a new vehicle. My RX330 didn’t have a navigation system, which was the one thing that I thought would make that car perfect. I met with Janine in the sales department and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We found a number of vehicles that would fit into my budget. After test driving a few of them, I decided on a 2007 RX350 that had the navigation system that I wanted. Price became an issue but we were able to negotiate a very fair price and trade-in value. But the story didn’t end there. Because of the safety issue which involved the steering, they were going to send me home in my new car that afternoon. A final inspection of the new car found one little issue that needed to be addressed. Rather that keep me there any longer, they sent me home in a loaner car so I didn’t have to drive my car and feel unsafe. How great was that! Not the biggest fan of the new car buying experience. I just don't like the tactics some dealers use. I am pleased to say that Herb Chambers Lexus broke every stereotype that I had. Very low key, respectful, and knew her stuff. No high pressure tactics which was a big plus. After picking out a the car, I dealt with Sam. He walked me through their offer and explained in great detail the Chambers side of the deal. We had a back and forth and the del was done to my satisfaction in less than 10 minutes. Everything from there on was top notch. From Clayton on the business side to the running around they did to get my car registered. In conclusion, Herb Chambers Lexus is what car buying should be all about. More

Here's what sealed the deal: I nearly went with a competitor, but Madison from customer care e-mailed me just to check in to see how I was coming along with trying to sell my Audi on my own. I replied I was closing a deal (and I gave the trade in price) with another dealer that day at 4pm but thanked her any way. Well, Omar got back to me within minutes offering to match the deal, and so it was. The conveneince of the dealership to my work and the free car washes for life were two things that solidified the decision to buy here. The sales manager made sure the deal stuck by throwing in a couple "goodies" when the other dealer tried to steal back the business. All in all, I am a very satisfied, proud owner of a new 2014 Lexus IS 250. More
Since 2004 Danny has gone over and above to resolve issues with my Lexus LS430. Just one example was in 2009. My briefcase was stolen with the second set of keys. Danny made sure the car was kept at the dealership. He provided me with a loaner. He made sure Lexus shipped out new locks. He kept me informed on the status in a timely manner. The matter was taken care of in a very efficient/professional manner. This time I called Danny in the morning for a service appointment. He asked me to bring the car in at 2.30p.m. the same day. He provide a loaner. He made note of the issues to be solved, oil/lube, swap to snow tyres. He kept me informed on progress, called me the next morning, the car was ready to be picked up. After he explained the details of work done/cost, I was told not to hesitate to call back if there was a problem with the car. Once again a very good experience. Rupert Rodrigues More

They said they do not hold cars, but do people drive up and immediately drive off with the new car, this' was the second car I purchased from them, it seemed odd to me. I visited Herb Chambers Lexus for the 10k service for my 2013 Lexus GS and worked with Danny Blinn . I wanted to recognize Danny for exceptional customer service and for going above and beyond on an exceptionally busy day. Apart from the regular service, I was having problems with the Lane Keep Assist (LKA) in my car. Despite the fact that Danny was very busy and had multiple customers to handle at that time , he took the time to actually listen to the problem I was having and even took a test drive with me to see what was going on with the LKA. In fact , he ended up noticing that the Fast Lane Tag was interfering with the LKA and ended up resolving the issue. He was extremely polite , courteous and was focussed on making sure that I had a fantastic experience while getting my car serviced. I will definitely be requesting Danny as my service advisor in the future and would recommend him and Herb Chambers Lexus to anyone for their Lexus related needs. More
Marc Vigor did a great job, and the service department buffed out the car wonderfully. But my other Herb Chambers "interactions" were horrible. How about being at least a tiny bit interested in the reason I called, the question that I asked, "Is it an automatic?", rather than being so dialed into getting my phone number and locking me into an appointment time? This gets very tiring. I did not like this process and would not recommend your businesses. (unless you had the lowest prices on the best vehicle) More

I've really enjoyed working with Danny. I had a problem with the passenger side mirror and it could not be adjusted remotely. Each time I started the car, I had to get out and adjust the mirror ma problem with the passenger side mirror and it could not be adjusted remotely. Each time I started the car, I had to get out and adjust the mirror manually. When I called Danny from the road, he suggested I come by (no appointment needed) so that he could diagnose the problem. The mirror needed replacement and would have to order the part. In less than a week, he called to say the part was in and it was replaced the next day, while I waited. I was impressed with the way Danny handled my problem and with the service technician, too. Arnold Green More
