Spero greeted us warmly and gave us his undivided attention throughout our first visit. Spero is a true gentleman and treated us with the utmost respect. There were no tricks or gimmicks. Spero's product knowledge was amazing and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. During our test drive, Spero made it a point to tour us through the unique service department as well as compliment his fellow co-workers in that department. You could feel the culture of team work and quality in every aspect of the dealership. When it was time to "talk money" we were presented with a competitive price for the vehicle and trade offer. It was a very cordial and simple process. The paperwork and financing process went smoothly and was explained thoroughly; there were no "surprises". Their finance officers, Neil and Niko were extremely helpful and obtained a great interest rate. When we picked up our car, Spero spent about 3 hours with us going over all safety features and other features. We were also introduced to Ricky, a service advisor, who was very kind and congratulated us on our new purchase. Knowing how overwhelming new car features can be, Spero made sure we were comfortable with the most necessary functions and offered future tutoring services. This entire experience turned a very stressful time into a joy. I had the pleasure of working with Spero Coston for the lease of my 2012 RX350. Not only was this my first Lexus, but my first lease, as I had always bought cars in the past. As a very busy professional, I had limited time to search for my new vehicle. I narrowed my search to leasing either another Mercedes Benz or a Lexus (my daughter's recommendation). Once I drove the Lexus with Sal's guidance on features, etc. I was sold. Two things clearly needed to happen for me to make a good decision: like the vehicle AND have a knowledgeable salesperson who did not pressure me into a decision. It was a home run for me.
