Rob Williams is amazing! My husband and I walked into the dealership late last week to 'look & see' a Lexus prior to turning in my current Nissan Murano leased vehicle. The following day, I noticed I had forgotten to take off my personalized license plate frame. I called Rob who immediately 'dove' into the DUMPSTER to retrieve my frame! We contacted Mr.Kessler with a list of tall demands and a short budget! We met with him at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and by 7:00 pm we had bought 2 Lexus 350!! I brought my '06 RX 400 in for a standard service and it was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for the age it was technically out of warranty. The dealership management (Kristen Keough) found a way to make an exception for me. This we extremely appreciated and well outside of what most dealers would provide. In addition, I had the use of a new RX 300 for over a week as this process was being approved and the work done. I can't recommend this dealer more strongly. More
