I thoroughly reviewed our notes on your visit and spoke to all concerned. Any slow service, while unacceptable, was probably the result of visiting us on a Saturday, our busiest day of the week. This is no excuse by any means; I just want you to know that’s not normally how things are done here. The second concern you had was regarding price. I regret that we were not able to agree to terms when you were here with us. I understand from your note you have already purchased a vehicle. If so, I wish you many miles of happy and safe driving. If not, I would personally like to do whatever I can to make you a Herb Chambers client.
