I called with an issue with paring my phone to my car. Danny went way out of his way to locate another 2007 ES350 on the lot so that he could help me over the telephone. I had heard that type of promise before from other Dealers when I was looking to purchase my Lexus and a day or two would go by before I received a return call. Danny called back in under 5 minutes just like he said. I was very impressed. Danny talked me through every part so that I would know in the future how to do this and told me if I had any issues to call him back. This is the type of service I have always received from this Lexus Dealer whenever I have had a problem or a question. I always recommend this Dealer when I have friends that are looking to purchase a car and I know my next vehicle will come from here as well. Lexus -- you employ fantastic people!! More

It is a pleasure to see Danny who is always upbeat and smiling. On this last visit, I had an out of warranty shock absorbers issue which he was able to get covered thru 'corporate'. In all the years I have been bringing cars in for service appointments I can honestly say that my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon has been by far the best. He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! As I said earlier, he is awesome. I am driving my second Lexus purchased at Herb Chambers and I anticipate many more years of Lexus driving through this dealership and I am hoping Danny is there for every mile! More
