Mark was great to work with. His attention to detail was outstanding My car was suppose to take a day to repair and they had it all set with in 2 hours. Great customer service. Great communication. Great attitude. I would highly recommend him for all your service needs.

I've owned two Lexus vehicles for nearly 15 years. I have only had them serviced at this dealership and only through Mark Forcucci. I wouldn't bring them anywhere else. I never have an issue that was not fixed right the first time. Mark gets back to me right away and tries to get the most mileage out of tires, brakes, etc... without compromising safety. He's the best. Thanks Mark.

Eric-Castillo was my service advisor this time around at herb chambers lexsus and the service was spectacular. My car couldn’t go into the regular wash because of the location of my license plate and he did not hesitate to send it down and get hand washed. He also answered all my questions about service. I buy and only service my cars at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. The reason I do that is because of Wayne McLaughlin who is my Service Advisor. Wayne is such a polished professional and treats every customer like a VIP. Every time I reach out to him, he gets back to me right away and makes sure that my concerns are addressed immediately. Whenever I leave the dealership, I am completely confident that my car is in perfect working order. There is absolutely nobody else I would trust with my GX. I have referred MANY people to this dealership who have since purchased cars and feel the same way I do. Outstanding customer service.

"Above and beyond "

I don’t know how else to describe my experience other than Ken went above and beyond what I expected. Every time I go to have my vehicles serviced I feel as if my car takes forever, but Ken always makes sure I am kept up to date and you can tell he actually cares. The service department has been lacking recently but Ken tries really hard to make sure I have the best experience even though things are out of his control. Ken has great potential and should not be ignored.
