Welp, let me begin with" I'm not a dealership atmosphere kind of girl" my past experiences have never been anything like the ones I receive when I see my service advisor James B. James is down to earth, he doesn't make me feel pressured or anxious. He listens to your concerns and works with you to get the services needed for your vehicle. It's Always a pleasurable and stress free experience when I see James.

"Great Service"

Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what services you should have done immediately and which items you can take care of later. She is especially good with unusual situations such as when something that needs to be taken care of is not covered by warranty. She was able to work with Lexus and get me a "goodwill" that saved me $750. When I needed replacement tires and wanted a specific special tire not stocked by Lexus she ordered the tires from an outside supplier and arranged to have them installed on car. She is the greatest.

"Great as always"

Stopped in for a quick car wash to get the salt off. James greeted me by name and showed a a few cool features on the navigation system. Nothing in it for him but he took the time to make sure I'm getting the most out of my Lexus and had a great experience.

"Ken Alves is a key player in the service department "

One day I happened to be driving by this dealership when 2 warning lights came on my ES350. Ike everyone else I hate seeing these lights. I pulled in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Mr Alves. Within no time at all we discovered I only needed some air in the tires and a new key battery. I just can’t say enough good things about this employee, not only did he set tire pressures he also took care of my battery and even got me a wash. I hope Mr Chambers takes a moment to recognize it’s the people who make a difference, everything else is just brick and mortar.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I came in for a regular check up and Ken Alves was friendly and easy to deal with. When I left I noticed something wrong with my wipers and immediately called Ken. He said it may have been a mistake from when they washed it and replaced my wiper very quickly no questions asked. I understand mistakes happen and Ken's response to it was excellent customer service. Great Job!
