The service area is clean and well sorted out. My Service Advisor, Theo Turney, was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the appointed time for my easy online scheduled appointment. He noted my service special coupons, told me it would take about an hour and a half and directed me to either the BMW customer lounge or to a more private MINI customer lounge. I chose the latter and it was comfortable, uncrowded with easy access wifi. My MINI was ready for me in almost precisely one hour and a half. Checkout was quick, email follow up with receipt and detailed vehicle status report arrived quickly thereafter. A great experience in every way and from beginning to end. My advice to fellow MINI drivers: Go to Herb Chambers and ask for Theo! More

On my most recent visit I needed a key battery replaced. In my experience those tend to be pricey. Your tech took BOTH of my vehicles keys and replaced their batteries, free of charge. Courtesies like these build trust in your dealership and have earned my loyalty going forward. 5 stars service for certain. More
