"Money for nothing and chicks for free"

This is the most "inhumane" service I ever had done in my lifetime. Not only they overcharge like crazy, but also make you pay for issues that were resolved on their own. I understand that everyone is trying to make money in this world - but this dealership broke all greediness records. Check your invoices carefully! They are very unprofessional & unorganized. I will never go back to any Herb Chambers dealership again.

"MARK RAVIN AT THE MINI SERVICE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST"

Mark Ravin has been taking care of my mini since I bought it in 2004 at Herb Chambers. He is the very best of the best and I only wish he would train other service people in other trades, how it is done. I cannot say enough good things about Mark.

"Best Experience ever"

I and my wife had a great experience with Mini Cooper Service. They did a fantastic job fixing our car. They were very efficient with time and polite. They did an extra job as well even though they didn't have to. The muffler and the back of the car were cracked because of the recent accident, and somehow they fixed it. It looks like nothing happened despite couple of scratches. The office does everything to provide the best customer experience! Definitely recommend this dealership!

When we bought from Herb Chambers we traveled to Boston thinking that Herb Chambers had a good reputation and we'd be safe from all of the sleazy dealers that are out there willing to make a sale at any cost. "Above and beyond"

I have been bringing my mini for service to you for 2 plus years. I have always had a great experience you always keep me updated on what's happening and how long it will take. My appointments have always been on time and I love the Sunday morning hours I live and work in western ma so this is very convenient for me. The last visit I had I feel as though you went above and beyond you needed to keep my car so you gave me a loaner. I had a family emergency the next day which had me traveling to Va when I called there was no questions only taking car you just said be safe and hope all goes well. You have no idea how great fun I am for the kind words and no hassle about taking car. I will always remember this and recommend you to all my friends and relatives. "Excellent Service-Surpassed Expectations!"

Mark Ravin in service is outstanding! I have never dealt with a more competant, professional, service writer. He offers a high level of customer service and seems to genuinely love his job and mini coopers. I have bought and sold hundreds of vehicles in my professional career and I choose to drive over an hour to have my mini serviced by Mark and his team. The online booking tool for appointments is very easy to use. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating, WIFI, and complimentary beverages. The service door is difficult to find your first time to the dealership. The dealership is in a heavily congested area but the service staff seems to have a system that works.
