Love Mini… but this experience left me frustrated. Asked for my inspection sticker to be done along with oil change. Mini had my car 24 hrs…. When I picked up and PAID $35 for inspection sticker and drove for my inspection sticker to be done along with oil change. Mini had my car 24 hrs…. When I picked up and PAID $35 for inspection sticker and drove away….no inspection sticker. Went all the way back and I was told they actually never did…. What’s that all about????? I was reimbursed but inconvenience. Seems no one knew what was going on. Very confusing More

They did an excellent job servicing my mini. However, the wait was a bit longer than I expected and longer than I was quoted. I had to go ask if my car was ready and it was. Exceptional service. We bought our Mini S new from Chambers 19+ years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. We would never think of taking her anywhere else. Mark is the best!!
