Warning: Dishonesty and Deception — Avoid this Dealer! In 2022, this dealership charged me over $230 to clean clogged sunroof drains on my Macan S after water leaked into the cabin — claiming it was “rou In 2022, this dealership charged me over $230 to clean clogged sunroof drains on my Macan S after water leaked into the cabin — claiming it was “routine maintenance,” even though the vehicle was under CPO warranty. A late 2024/2025 class action settlement has since confirmed this is a known defect, not a maintenance issue. The settlement extends warranty coverage and mandates one (1) free sunroof drain cleaning per year for ten (10) years from the date the vehicle was first placed in service — clearly acknowledging Porsche’s responsibility. When I followed up recently, Service Manager John Eric was dismissive and either unaware — or indifferent — to the court-ordered terms. Even worse, I emailed General Manager John Andrade and received no response. When you're guilty of deceiving customers, I suppose silence is easier than accountability. Owners beware: this dealership is intentionally misleading customers and charging for services Porsche has agreed must be provided for free. Know your rights. Avoid this Dealer and their sister dealership in Burlington, MA. Find a dealer you can trust! More
