Extraordinary Experience Purchasing New Car I have always loved Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability so when I had to purchase a new car due to my previous Toyota being in an I have always loved Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability so when I had to purchase a new car due to my previous Toyota being in an accident and considered a total loss I immediately went to Herb Chambers Toyota online. The reason I chose this dealership over all other Toyota dealerships is their wonderful Service Department. Whenever I need any work with my car, whether a simple oil change or more complex work, I go see Gary Francois and the Service Team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. They have always provided great service and performed the work my car needed to run smoothly. Which leads me to my new car. I knew from looking online that I was interested in a Toyota Corolla but was unsure as to which model I would purchase. I went into the dealership and met an amazing Sales Consultant, Haider Amin. Haider listened to me regarding my interests, he explained to me the differences between the cars, and he allowed me to choose a car to test drive. He did not try to push me to purchase a car nor to purchase a different, more expensive car. Once I decided to purchase, Haider made the process simple. He along with Patrick Allosso, the Finance Director, assisted me with signing all required paperwork and obtaining the car with the options I desired. It was late in the evening when I purchased my car so Haider worked with my insurance agent and made sure everything was ready for me to pick up my new car the very next day. I ended up purchasing the Toyota Corolla S Plus and I am beyond happy with my car. Haider and Patrick made me me love this dealership even more and now I will be recommending this dealership for service as well as purchases. Just as I know that I can trust Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability, I know I can trust Herb Chambers Toyota Sales, Finance, and Service Teams. Exceptional Dealership I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Ho I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Howie Reske and his staff were by-far the best group of car sales people I have ever dealted with. (Over the last 17 years , I have purchased 8 new cars, 7 different dealers.) My sales representative was Mr. Eugene Montague and finance rep was Mr. M. Aubuchan. The service department was also of great service and support; the personnel I came in contact with were truely professional and supportive. Because of the amount of snow in Boston, I could not park on the street. They found space in the service area for my car. It was purely incidental that I visited Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. My granddaughter wanted a RAV4 and she attends college in Boston. After we picked her up for a weekend in Westport, MA, we visited this dealer. It turned out to be a great decision. I also would like to comment on my sales rep, Mr Montague. He was by-far the overall best sales person I have ever met. The most courteous, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. The second we walked into Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, we knew we were in the right place. Bob greeted us and began by telling us about their dealership and what they do for their customers. I honestly don't think I've ever been in a dealership where the first questions weren't - 'what are you looking to spend?' 'how much are you going to put down?' etc. We were placed with Kathie for our sales purchase, and she was FANTASTIC!! She went over every aspect of the new vehicle with us and took us on a couple test drives. I also want to say that Pat in the finance office was wonderful as well. He explained everything to us clearly, no hidden fees etc. This dealership is the real deal and there's no BS with them - which I think is rare to find when buying a car! We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and will absolutely recommend this dealership to family and friends!! More

A very pleasant experience. My wife had to buy a new pre owned car as her 04 Toyota Corolla was totalled. Mik answered all our questions in a very courteous and professional manner. His easy going nature was the antithesis of the stereo typcial used car salesman. On another note, we were introduced to the GM Howie. He was very knowledgable, and the finance person Mark Cunningham explained things in an easy to understand manner. Both Howie and Joshua took the time to go over the features of both the Venza and Rav 4 with my husband and I and Joshua let us test drive both. We ultimately went with the Rav 4 and Joshua did everything in his power to get it for me as soon as possible so that I would have it before the big storm hit that weekend. The dealership has a very welcoming and customer service oriented environment. It was great first experience with Toyota and I would definitely recommend Joshua, Howie and the entire team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston to my friends and family. More

I am a bit newer to the car buying process, so some of the financing was higher than expected, and I would have preferred to be told the totals up front rather than towards the end of the process; however, Kathie and the rest of the staff at Herb Chambers in Boston are very helpful, professional, and expedient in their work. She really showed great customer service in her effort to get us the paperwork quickly, hunt down a car that was not in their lot, and call to check in with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend her as someone who is not too pushy, but also who cares about getting you in the car you want. More

service on a sienna bought at this dealership Bought a new Toyota 2013 SiennaXLE AWD Unbeknownst to me at the time, the Sienna historically has premature tire tread wear problems. At 35k the Bought a new Toyota 2013 SiennaXLE AWD Unbeknownst to me at the time, the Sienna historically has premature tire tread wear problems. At 35k the manufaturers supplied Bridgestones Turanza EL400 tires with T rating need replacement. Bridgestone will not warranty the tire, only warranty that tire if you buy it as a replacement tire, apparently Bridgestone musty be aware of longstanding problems of premature tire wear on tires placed on sienna vans......If you buy these tires as replacements, Bridgestone warranties them to 5 years or 80k miles. Toyota will not warranty the tires....... Dealer failed to warn me that the tires that they sold me have absolutely no warranty when you buy them new from a Toyota dealer on your toyota car, no matter when they prematurely wear, at 5 or 50k miles... Dealership absolutley no help when I ask them for help with this issue. Service department deserves the reputation that the carry, Will never buy here again. Be warned..... More
