I would like to write this based on my recent experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. I frequently buy new vehicles and am always in the market. Before going in to the dealership, I spoke with Rich o at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. I frequently buy new vehicles and am always in the market. Before going in to the dealership, I spoke with Rich over the phone and he was extremely professional and pleasant. He set up an appointment with me the next day when he introduced me to Mark. Mark is a terrific salesperson to work with. Coming from someone in sales, I really appreciated Mark's patience, knowledge, and assurance that this process was going to go smooth from start to finish. We went on a test drive and although I had some concerns with the vehicle, he personally assured me that they would be addressed if I decided to buy the car. When we go back to the dealership, I let Mark know that I was in a time crunch. Rather than playing games, he hustled and hustled which I really appreciated. We worked out some numbers with Rich and Mark and I decided that I was comfortable placing a deposit and having the vehicle checked out on Monday. I then left and Mark called to thank me for coming in. He then gave me a day to breath, which I also thought was terrific, and I returned to the dealership on Monday. When I arrived on Monday I was again greeted by Rich, who was very pleasant. Mark was coming in a bit later, so he introduced me to Frank, who was also a terrific guy. Frank and I went to a local dealership to have the vehicle checked out per my request. Although it was only supposed to take an hour, it took about 3. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely professional. He was also very helpful in the buying process and did not put any pressure of me, which is another quality that all sales people should exude. In the end, we struck a deal and the whole process was extremely pleasant; everything you would wish for as a consumer. Often times, these processes can finish up in the finance office which can turn into a disaster. This was nothing like that. Nathan was also a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated how quickly he explained everything to me, worked hard to get me a great rate, and efficiently got me out the door. Absolutely would refer anyone of my friends and coworkers to Steven Lee!! Your dealership is lucky to have him!!! The phone receptionest deceived us! Initially, I had an unsatisfactory experience with this dealership regarding the used car that I purchased. I discussed the issues with General Manager and most of the issues have been addressed appropriat dealership regarding the used car that I purchased. Steven Lee was great to work with - the opposite of the stereotypical pushy car salesman. I did a lot of research when deciding which car to buy and which dealership to buy it from. My husband and I had originally worked with another Toyota dealership in the area, and when I returned without him to complete the deal, they saw an opportunity to take advantage of me - lying to me about trim lines and options and raising their original offer by thousands of dollars (only to drop it back down after speaking to my husband). I turned to Steven Lee at Herb Chambers instead, and he treated me with respect throughout the entire process. He is honest and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him! More
