I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Prius in June 2011 and coincidentally had received an email from Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Boston. He was exceptionally courteous, enthusiatic, patiently answered all my questions, reviewed the features of the 2011 Prius, gave me a test drive and offered a trade in for my 2008 Prius. I returned the following day to trade in vehicle and purchase my new Prius. I then met with Will Ralph, the Finance Manager, to negotiate my financing. I was/am incredibly pleased with the service I received. In addition, Steven not only provided me outstanding service during these visits but also very attentively left me several voice mail mesasges updating me on the status as I was awaiting delivery of my vehicle. On the day I picked up my Prius, he again reviewed the features, answered any remaining questions I had and extended an invitation to contact him should any future needs arise. He also left me a follow up voice mail message to see how I was enjoying my Prius(which I am)and to call him if there were any concerns. I thought I wanted a Prius and had called to be sure they still had the one I had priced online. I asked for Victor when I got there as I had spoken to him on the phone. However, he introduced me to Mark DiP still had the one I had priced online. I asked for Victor when I got there as I had spoken to him on the phone. However, he introduced me to Mark DiPaolo who then took over. I was disappointed at first, but Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable that I was glad to be dealing with him. Mark was able to deal with one setback after another. First, it turned out that after an extensive test drive, that I don't like Priuses. But I had a fall back. Then there were no cars in my price range of my fall back preference: Camry V6. But Mark found a nice little red V6 that I liked very much in he test drive and it met my space requirements (as Mark helped prove by loading its trunk with the "test case" luggage we had brought). Then I didn't want to pay as much for anything else as I had convinced myself to pay for a Prius. Suffice it to say that Mark went the extra mile 3 times, and was patient and answered all my questions knowledgeably, and I am sure no deal would have been made without his efforts and persistence. In the course of going through all the details of the sale, I was impressed with the care the Herb Chambers companies takes to be sure everything is clearly spelled out and how thorough they are in guaranteeing the quality of their cars. The expeditious, courteous and friendly manner that we were greeted through the purchasing process was the best of my experience as a long time car leaser. The whole purchasing process from beginning to end including receiving all the car documentations, car tag, inspection sticker, instruction on the car features, meeting the Sales Manger and Financial Manager, it took less than four hours.
