Everyone at the Dealership were so very great and made us feel so comfortable,from the receptionist,to the showroom manager,to the finance manager and especially our Salesman Erick Joseph who actually listened to what we were looking for and showed us automobiles of interest and actually showed us the one that we purchased.He left us alone.sitting in the car for awhile so we could check it out before we went for our test drive,and the very next day we picked it up with no delays.It was ready when Erick said it would be. The salesperson, Tony Liang, was willing to do the little extras that made the experience easier and less stressful. There was a little "bait and switch" game on a free remote starter that had been part o extras that made the experience easier and less stressful. There was a little "bait and switch" game on a free remote starter that had been part of the advert that got me into the dealership but when I pushed back (gently) the Manager "remembered" that this was part of the advertising deal and went ahead and got it installed. It forced me to return the car four days after delivery which was unnecessary as it should have been taken care of during the car prep. This was not the fault of the sales person as I was bargaining hard with his manager and he tried to capture back part of the "lost" profit but trying to avoid throwing in the free accessory. All part of the "game" I guess...and yes I would go back and deal again with this dealership More
