I bought a Lexus car from them, there was a deal with all herb chambers for 5 services free when you buy a car and when I talked to the manager Nick he denied any deals like that and when I sent him the conf herb chambers for 5 services free when you buy a car and when I talked to the manager Nick he denied any deals like that and when I sent him the confirmation email from another herb chambers he actually went to them and confirmed that they have it and he said that He will give me the 5 services and later I found out it is only 5 oil changes not services and will have to be with them only and I can’t go to any other herb chambers, so I will have to drive and waste 4 hours on the road and spend gas and put miles on my car to get oil change”it’s not worth it “. I will never do this mistake and not getting clear info in writing from a dealer before buying a car. I never had that problem when I bought my wife’s car a month before mine. She can go to any service center to get her free services done. I think it’s only that dealership having that role. More

The worst place ever to have service done, not clear about anything and not like other herb chambers service centers. All other herb chambers do good car wash to your car after the service and will look about anything and not like other herb chambers service centers. All other herb chambers do good car wash to your car after the service and will look good after but with herb chambers Volvo center they didn’t even do vacuum to the car from inside. Not recommended at all and I will never go there again. More
