Jason was extremely helpful in getting me a very good deal. I especially liked that he was patient and actually listened to my needs and worked with his supervisor to make the deal. This was one of best experiences. Only negative: the paper work processing could have been more efficient..

Horrible experience purchasing a used car. They didn’t reveal that all four wheels were bent on the inside and it took me over six months and over $1000 to fix the problem. Don’t buy a used car from them. You probably will regret it big time like I did. It’s Massachusetts it’s fraudulent to not reveal things they know are wrong with a $40,000 used car. It took six months and over $1000 to fix the problem and many dealer visits to Bmw.
