It takes three weeks to get an appointment that the promise a loaner car, which was not available. Spoke to manager who stated he was so and this would happen again and he would detail my car next time promise a loaner car, which was not available. Spoke to manager who stated he was so and this would happen again and he would detail my car next time. The very next time 3 weeks to get an appointment. I called the manager who said this is why he was brought on. He was able to move my appointment up a week. Peter who we dealt with was great. I just wish a company that promised something would follow through on. When you tell a costumer that waiting 3 weeks is unacceptable, why the next time we make an appointment do we get the same thing. You provide your number to which you don’t always reply too. More
