Excellent My daughter and I went to buy my first car that I would actually picked out for the 1st time.. We had gone to two different dealerships. I liked the cars but the dealers, knowing this was my first car and we were two woman, were difficult. My daughter stood up and walked out. She doesn't play games. This was also a bad time because my daughter needed to go to the hospital but wanted to go to Norwood Volvo for our last stop. We walked in told. Scott Hunter what we wanted, drove the CX 60, gave him the price range and asked him to call me. Scott called making the deal happen. I can't even to begin to tell you how great he was even after I purchased the car. He came to my work to picked up my car for minor adjustments. He gave me his cell phone so that I could call him anytime if I had questions about operating the car and boy did I call him. Well Worth the Drive for my Volvo XC60 I hate spending money on cars, let along buying a new one! After finally admitting to myself (with my husband's coaxing) that it was "time", I starte I hate spending money on cars, let along buying a new one! After finally admitting to myself (with my husband's coaxing) that it was "time", I started shopping new, standard small to midsize SUVs (Santa Fe, CX5, etc) Set on not wanting a car that everyone else has, I was found it difficult to find something "special" in the price range I was shopping. After expanding my internet search, a "used" 2015 Volvo XC60 with only 7K miles appeared. We hopped in the car, drove the hour-plus to check it out, and said "this is it!". Never did I think I would be so happy spending money on a car. On top of that, Ron was great to work with. I appreciate someone who lets their product sell itself. It's a great vehicle, and after driving a few others that day (incl a Q5) we knew the Volvo was meant to be. On top of everything, I appreciate Ron making the delivery in NH and taking the time to show me all the features so I fully understood how everything worked. I only wish we lived closer to have the vehicle serviced there as well, but alas, practicality wins. More
