For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars at all what they do best is explain things in perfect English for me that I understand. Mike, Colin, and Matt are usually the three I deal with most and I can't say anything other then how exceptional and great they are. The best part about them besides making something complicated seem simple is just that they are real human beings. A lot of places you go to pretend to be know it all and follow a script. Not these folks. They are the most genuine around and are easily the most knowledgable.
