Had a verbal agreement with sales manager to order a vehicle at sticker price. Set an appointment to make an hour drive to see them. 2 hours before that appointment received a call from the sales manage vehicle at sticker price. I understand the times we're in but any dealer demanding a mark up over msrp are just price gougers. More

Most recently I purchased a 2022 Silverado 2500 and it was also an awesome experience, I ordered the truck in July 2021 with Paul Santoro and I must’ve called 2 to 3 times a week to check on the delivery date; Paul was soooooooooooooo patient and understanding of my excitement. He’s awesome, they’re all awesome because when I didn’t get Paul I made sure I got a manager to ask the same question…. Lol. I told my wife to order from Herb Connolly Acura because I only want my family to be customers of the Herb Connolly brand….. all 3 dealerships are awesome but the Chevy one is the best …… lol More
