I have brought my truck to this dealership 3 times for repairs for the same thing. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon without an appointment hoping they would look at it because they hadn't fixed it c repairs for the same thing. It is now Thursday and they haven't even looked at it i now have to cancel my vacation because i have no vehicle. It seems to me you don't matter to them as a customer even if they can't fix your vehicle after 2 times it was in for repairs for the same thing and it still hasn't been fixed yet. More

Paul (the salesman) was good to work with, but I was disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putt disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putting air into the tire 2x/day). Their first response was to blame a nail (OK, maybe reasonable), but they did not offer to look at it, instead just told me to go anywhere. So I did - turned out that they sold me a car with a cracked rim, and a chunk out of the tire! I took it to them and they agreed to fix the rim - by welding it. I was a bit concerned about this approach, but what could I do; I hope it holds. But, it did not end there. They were 'done' with it 4 days later - went to pick it up - they had not replaced the tire! I complained; they agreed to replace the tire. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace the tire! To be honest with you, I think that they completely forgot about my car (it had pine needles all over it when I picked it up...). Not impressed with their attention to detail (selling a used car with a cracked rim! really!) and customer service, but I love the car! (Hope the weld holds.) More

Service was quickly scheduled for the next day Thursday March 16th at my convenience. Pulling in Jay Martin the Service Manager greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Pau Santoro, our sales Consultant, greeted me bringing back our happy sales memory! Joie not only had car washed and windows cleaned but also white lubed the door hinges. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful.
