Dax and Flavio @ Herb Connolly Cherolet coordinated and executed the prompt repair of my broken down vehicle. Through out the process, from the time Dax took my call while I was broken down, to Flavio rece executed the prompt repair of my broken down vehicle. Through out the process, from the time Dax took my call while I was broken down, to Flavio receiving my car at the dealership, until Dax followed up with me AFTER my repair visit, they were professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in making sure all my service needs were met, if not exceeded. My expectations were exceeded. I got my car back the same day, within just a few hours of dropping it off, not only fixed, but much cleaner than it was dropped off! On top of that, I was worried about the potential for high cost repairs, especially after my car was towed to the dealership. I was in shock when I saw the way lower than expected price to repair! Since I got my car back, it seems to be running better than it was before I broke down, and again, it looked immaculate when I picked up! Boy am I glad that I did. I requested an online quote and was contacted by Lou via email. He let me know that they had the specific car that I wanted so we made an appointment to meet. As soon as I walked in, I felt like family. Lou (and everyone else at Herb Connolly) made me feel like I mattered and that I was important. They gave me a great price, both on the new car, as well as my trade in, and I decided right then to cancel my order with the other dealer and go with Herb Connolly. It took about a week for my car to come in and during that time, Lou kept in contact with me. He kept his word and called when he said he was going to call which is important to me. I did not have to reach out and call him because I always knew what was going on. Once the car came in, the transaction went very smoothly. The Finance guy was great to deal with and got me a great rate. Even though there is a Chevy dealer 5 minutes from my house, I will be using Herb Connolly (30 min away) for any service needs that I have in the future. They are worth it!!! More

The negotiation over price was very reasonable and without any high pressure techniques. We felt we bought the car at a reasonable price and I have to believe the dealership was satisifed as well.
