Flavio checked me in at arrival. I needed a 51,000 mile lube and oil. I expected a fee of about $24.95, but had with me the mailer with coupon for $4.95. The woman at the cashier's desk was friendly, and went the extra mile to go and check on when my car would be finished as it was way over the estimated 1/2 hour. She did so, no attitude, friendly, and came back with a smile with the good news. This dealership used to be run by Charlie Long, with Julian Hargreaves. They were friends of me and of my parents.
