My husband and I went to Herb Connolly based on a recommendation by USAA. As usual, they steered us in the right direction. However, we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Paul Santoro and consequently did not have to shop any further. Besides being professional and friendly, Paul offers one of the most important qualities that anyone in sales can have: the ability to listen. Paul asked the right questions and truly listened to what we said, which ultimately led to him finding the right car for us and making the entire purchase process very easy. Everyone we worked with at Herb Connolly had the same level of professionalism and courtesy. If we hadn't felt as comfortable as we did, we would not have made this purchase so quickly. My first experience with the service department (to get an inspection sticker) was also very positive. It was quick, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. We went to your dealership to purchase our friend's 2008 Corvette if we could. Our salesman John Gould was terific.
