Quick and efficient I arrived at dealership a few minutes early. I drove in and was immediately greeted. The service agreement was written up. The Impala's traction light had been flashing as the car was "jerking" at around 30 mph. I also requested an oil change. The car was serviced as I sat in the waiting room. Fresh coffee, water and donuts were available for customers. I had been waiting about two hours when the service department representative came to inform me that car was done. All other fluids, etc were checked and filled as needed. The traction issue was dismissed as a hiccup as no code history appeared. The final bill was for the oil change only. The light and "jerking" haven't been a problem since the serving. I A drive away a very happy customer. Great experience! More
Another excellent customer service experience! On Monday, August 14th, brought my 2010 Chevy Impala in for a normal Lube, Oil & Filter Change Service @ 7:30 AM. When the Service door opened and I On Monday, August 14th, brought my 2010 Chevy Impala in for a normal Lube, Oil & Filter Change Service @ 7:30 AM. When the Service door opened and I when to start my car the battery was totally dead. My 2010 Impala still had the original battery which normally last 5 years of service life. John Concetti, our long term and trusted service advisor as usual John quickly had the car jump started and in for service finding the charging system was operating correctly but the battery needed replacing. By 9:19 AM I was on my way with a new battery and LOF. The Herb Connolly Chevrolet Dealership has a true family feeling. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night John always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. John Concetti, our service advisor is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key! More
