Bait and switch Made an appointment with the receptionist to perform a lease-turn in. She confirmed that this would be fine (even put me on hold, to what I presume was to ask someone else to ensure this was fine). When arriving I was told flat out, this would not be possible, due to "Space reasons". Fine, so what didn't anyone call me to let me know instead of wasting my time to travel to this dealership to perform this. General Manager and what I presume to be another manager were of no help, dealership attitude was definitively reminiscent of a "good ole' boys club", get with the times guys, it's not the late 90's anymore Of course, they could help me if I was interested in another GM Product, lol. Typical bait and switch dealership, don't waste your time with them, all they'll do is waste yours. UPDATE: 03/31. The Receptionist that I made the Lease turn-in appointment with called to inquire how my lease-turn in went. This proves that no effort was made by anyone to contact me back when I scheduled the appointment. Despite them saying, when I went there in person they tried to contact me. Quite the contrary to your "response", this pours salt on the wound. Stay away from this place. More
Dishonest, poor service, lied to about condition Celio Melicio was my sales person, very unprofessional. Stated was coming from 6 hours away and after 3 times asking about dents, scratches and overal Celio Melicio was my sales person, very unprofessional. Stated was coming from 6 hours away and after 3 times asking about dents, scratches and overall condition he stated every time nothing noticeable, Upon arrival, passenger side mirror busted with exterior pieces missing and another delay, over a dozen scratches up to 10inches long and multiple dents. Other issues which i did not notice but missed was when hatch opens it hits side of suv as opens. There was other issues as well with this sale of over 20k with less then 35100 miles. From the start sales seemed rushed to sign papers even before viewing suv. I should have taken that as a red flag. More
