He was obviously well read on the vehicle, and knew all the answers to our questions. He gave us a tour of the premises, introducing us to the Sales ans Service Mangers as well as offering us beverages of all kinds. This is not the first time we had bought a new car, but we were happy to be treated like we mattered, he remembered our names each visit, and had great manners. I know most people think that price matters more than the Salesperson. I also know I could've purchased this car from any Dealer, there is one MUCH closer to where I live. But, I had been told by a friend, that this place was the absolute best to purchase a car because of the people who work there and who have always been pleasant to her. After meeting Armando, my wife and I knew we had found the right place to purchase our new car, and we have not been disappointed. The showroom itself, as with most others, is bright, welcoming, and clean. The car we wound up buying had more options and cost less than everywhere else we had searched. Lou Bove was extremely helpful and responsive from the very first conversation on the phone to going over vehicle gadgets after the purchase and delivery. My only disappointment was that I came in ready to fight and negotiate about my trade-in and Lou made it impossible offering me exactly what I wanted for it right from the get go.
