I was treated like royalty, with respect, and I found a car I absolutely loved. John and Rodrigo worked with me to get a price I could handle on a 2011 Chevy Cruze which I traded in a Hyundai 3 door Accent car I absolutely loved. This thing is loaded, runs great, and is covered under numerous warranties that were well worth 16 extra bucks a month. I'm not a wealthy guy, but they made me feel like one, and I'm going to love every minute of driving this fantastic car; and have 2 years of free tire rotations/oil changes courtesy of Herb Connolly Chevrolet since I bought a Certified Pre-owned. If you want a great deal, a beautiful American vehicle, and to work with professionals who genuinely care about their customers visit Herb Connolly Chevrolet in Framingham. The employees are dedicated, as most have worked in the industry 7+ years; and most commute over an hour just to work here. They've got a great thing going here, and you will too the next time you need a pre-owned or brand new Chevy. They also have some beautiful pre-owned Corrolla's (I was looking at a 2011 Sports Edition before I found the Cruze). The waiting area is comfortable if you ever need service, the guys in the garage are knowledgeable, and thorough. I have a 2013 Chevy Equinox that needed some bodywork to correct a roof issue that was noticed during the purchase of the vehicle. To be honest, the initial experience of getting my car fix was not grea correct a roof issue that was noticed during the purchase of the vehicle. To be honest, the initial experience of getting my car fix was not great but with Andrew’s help, it turned out to be very good after all. After dropping my car and picking up a loaner one, some type of communication breakdown took place. We waited about 3 days to call the service department. When we did so, nobody could tell us where our car was, what was the status on it and when we could get it back. We even call the body shop directly who initially could not even find our car. We were leaving voicemail to the person that was working with us but no one was calling us back. It became very frustrating not knowing what was the status on the repair and not getting any one to help us. Every time we were getting a live person on the phone, they were blaming the other department. After 9 very frustrating days, I ended calling again and this time, Andrew pick up the phone. He took time to listen to our issue and never tried to push the blame to someone else or come up with an excuse. He took the lead on it and told us he will investigate it and get back to us within the hour. Within 30 min, he called us back, told us where the car was, when we should expect it and offer to call us again as soon as it was ready. When I received the call from Andrew the next day that my car was ready, I went to pick it up in the afternoon. He was still there so I introduce myself to him. He was very nice and professional. He took care of picking up our car and brought it in the front of the dealership. The car repair was done correctly and to our surprise, he had the car fully detailed and filled the gas tank. The car was cleaner than when we bought it. A situation that was very frustrating for the customer with many communications shortfall turned out to be a good experience after all thanks to Andrew that took the time to listen to our issue, took the lead to get it resolved and throughout the ordeal, showed a high level of customer care, professionalism and empathy.
