I sent my car in for an oil change and to have it detailed,which I had a coupon for. I have always been satisfied with the service that I get at Herb Connolly,that's why I continue to do business th detailed,which I had a coupon for. When I picked up my car,I was told by the girl in customer service that they found a bad hub in the right front and that they fixed it.I was glad to hear that it was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me for that part and labor. The detailing job that was done made my car look like a new one and I was very happy with the job.The cost of the detailing and oil change was very reasonable too! Every visit I go to Herb Connolly they are nice to deal with, they get my vehicle in quickly, diagnose the problem, give me a cost estimate, and a time frame for completion of the work. If the work is for any length of time they understand I still need access to a vehicle and give me a loaner vehicle for the time they work on mine. When cost has been an issue for repairs they have gone out of their way to help me find parts at a reasonable cost. I never feel as if they do repairs unnecessarily. I have had such great experiences with them that I recommended them to several people who are just as happy. I finally have found a dealer that I feel I get the best deal with. More

This dealership has always been very fair, reasonable and friendly. The only gripe is that I had to wait a very long time this time around for an oil change and new headlight. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also were great in helping me choose a tire brand (because I knew nothing about the different brands). I had a oil change scheduled for Saturday at 8:00AM. Took me on time, plus did a couple of other things for me. I only had an hour available and they did everything within my time frame.
