I was recently in the market for a used car for my daughter. I looked at many dealerships and "big lot" car sellers but ultimately I went with Herb Gordon. Bruce Kim is part of their internet sales team. He is very direct and very responsive. I did not have to spend time sitting and negotiating in the dealership. I was able to have everything clear before I made the trip to Silver Spring. I was treated as courteously and professionally and with the same excellent customer service for my purchase of a used car as I was on my previous purchase of a new car. I would highly recommend Bruce Kim for any Nissan purchase! More

Purchase and detial experience. The purchase of a new car or truck is always a little daunting and nerve wracking. Driving 360 miles to buy a truck is doubly so. My wife and I didn' The purchase of a new car or truck is always a little daunting and nerve wracking. Driving 360 miles to buy a truck is doubly so. My wife and I didn't know what to expect coming from out of town, and buying a truck on the web is kinda like buying a pig in a poke, but I found the website of Herb Gordon NIssan/Subaru, to be well designed and, most importantly, accurate as to the details, pics, descriptions and prices of their inventory. Bruce Kim was well informed about the truck he sold me. He was laid back and easy to talk to, as were all the staff we had the opportunity to meet. They even took my ribbing about the Cowboys and Redskins in stride, Go Pokes. Renda, the finance guru we finalized the deal with, was informative and helpful, and so nice I can forgive her for being a Deadskins fan. The warranty, don't forget about the industry leading 5 year 100k Nissan bumper to bumper warranty. Oh and the truck, most importantly, The Truck; a spanking new Nissan Titan S King Cab with all the goodies, clean and detailed like a surgeon's hands. The good folks at Herb Gordon Nissan/Subaru made the experience of buying my new truck pleasant and thrifty. They will be our first stop when it comes time to buy my wife and kid new cars, 'long as they're silver and blue. Thanks and more. More
