With so much information available on the internet, I felt I had already put my time in and knew what price I was comfortable paying for the vehicle. And once I was ready to purchase, I didn't have extra time to haggle and go back and forth, or to pit one dealership against another. Bruce gave me honest counsel and a fair price that didn't GO UP from what you see on the website. No "gotta come in today" phone calls, no pressure.
