2017 Nissan Rogue I live in DC so Herb Gordon was not the first nissan dealer i visited. After feeling like staff at the other dealer were trying to take advantage of me, I left and went to Herb Gordon. 180 degree different experience. Ben Peter was the first one I worked with, and he went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. It ended up being a short extension of my 2014 Rogue Lease. He was so helpful on a transaction that when it was time to consider a new lease, I knew he was my guy. I returned late on a Saturday and he once again stayed late to accommodate me. Highly recommend working with Ben, and his colleagues Bruce and Greg. They got me a good deal and made this experience enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as leasing a car can be!) More

I live in Waldorf MD and don't mind driving 52 minutes to get my vehicle serviced. Lynn Fritz and her team are great. She keeps me informed of everything required for my vehicle maintenance. During my last visit on October 28, 2017, I was positive the vehicle would require some major brake work. However, Lynn advised me: the vehicle only required an oil change, tire rotation and a filter change. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this dealership. Additionally, during the purchase of my vehicle (approximately 2 years ago) from this location, I had the pleasure of working with Musa Faal and Ramesh Deonarian, Whenever I visit the service department and see these guys walking through the area, I am amazed because they still remember my name.
