I am sorry, I cannot remember his brother's name, but he was great at recommending follow-up service/s. I thought he conveyed expertise as I posed several questions about my car needs. I will continue to bring my car back to this dealership and look forward to purchasing another car with the Nissan team at this location in Silver Spring on Automobile Drive. I recently noticed that with my wife as a passenger, the light wh The OCS was recently replaced on my 2013 Pathfinder as a result of a Nissan recall. I recently noticed that with my wife as a passenger, the light which indicates that the passenger air bag would not deploy was always on. Testing revealed that a person whose weight was notably greater than my wife's 115 pounds would correctly cause the light to extinguish.. After checking several things, a "zero reset" was performed again. This action appears to have corrected the anomaly. Several dealership personnel were concerned about the problem and were involved in seeking the resolution, More

Tire replacement, parts repair, and superb advice I asked the dealership for routine tire replacement and to check a loose part that hangs over the right front tire. (It was hit by flying debris on t I asked the dealership for routine tire replacement and to check a loose part that hangs over the right front tire. (It was hit by flying debris on the Washington D.C. beltway.) Thanks to Jarred Brown and his superb staff, several other flaws were discovered, all of which were also the result of the flying debris. The car was kept overnight (and I was given a loaner car). When I picked up the car the next day, I was very impressed by what they had found, how most of it had been repaired, and what they said I should look out for in the coming weeks. This was a very rewarding service appointment, and I commend Jarred Brown and his staff for all their efforts. More
