Recieved my car in worse condition then I handed it over as I do have aftermarket own fitted parts on my Nissan 350z. Usually, I do the work myself but I just didn't have the time and needed someone else to fix I do have aftermarket own fitted parts on my Nissan 350z. Usually, I do the work myself but I just didn't have the time and needed someone else to fix my car for me. It was at a moment when my house had caved in, my grandmother just died, I'm being separated from what I wanted to be a lifelong tour in the military for medical reasons, and I had way to many obligations and not enough time to focus on anything 100 percent. I submitted my car to fix an issue with overheating and to get an alignment done. I suspected that it is the thermostat. During my cars stay at the dealership, I spent 3000 dollars getting them to fix the issues, they seemed kind at first. They insisted I had Issues with suspension that had to be taken care of before an alignment and also insisted that the issue was my mishimoto dual fan shroud, which I installed in 2015 and has a 15 year warranty that ran perfectly for three years. In order to get the part replaced and warranty granted, the dealer had to explain to mishimoto their troubleshooting, to which the dealer refused. When I went to pick my car up the first time, they left my drivers side window open during a three day long rainstorm. They insisted that the window, although it began to malfunction after their mistake, was not their obligation to fix without further payment from me. They released my car to me, and then, to my dismay, while driving home, I found that my car was still overheating. I also noticed two brand new spider cracks in the carbon fiber on my front bumper cover that were not there before. During my efforts to communicate with the technicians, I was degraded and told that I have no knowledge of my own vehicle. I'm a female so I suppose this shouldn't have surprised me any. I was told when I handed the vehicle back in, that the wrong coolant was administered into my vehicle... which had to have been the technicians fault because I put in the Nissan 350z brand coolant in my car the last time... which was before they made their troubleshooting attempts. I'm about to go and pick up my car again, with it's Broken window, and while the overheating problem still exists, to go and get a second opinion, and find a lawyer who wishes to help me get all of my money back for the damages caused, and poor customer service recieved. I'd also love to thank the dealership for forcing my hand into making battling them a priority in my life, when I have a hundred other things going on. I looked like I needed the distraction I suppose. More

I was interested in a Altima a few months back and Bruce Kim reached out to me. I went in to visit him and we test drove it, informed me of the price etc. I realized it was a bit out of my budget as I was unsure of a few things in my life and he was nice about letting me know that he would always be there whenever I was ready! A few months later I REALLY needed a car. I had visited a few other dealerships but they were like hound dogs. I realized that I should just contact Bruce and we quickly set up a time to meet. I went in, filled out the paper work and within a few days I drove off with my car. I love it! Everyone is SO nice at that dealership. Bruce doesn't pressure you, and he is a relatable person. I didn't feel like I was stuck or anything like that. He even offered to Uber me up to pick up my car! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Bruce & Nissan!!! More
