Best car buying experience ever! I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I knew I wanted another Nissan Murano, after buying my first one used from Carmax. This time I I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I knew I wanted another Nissan Murano, after buying my first one used from Carmax. This time I wanted new and could have literally walked to the dealership up the street from my home in College Park, but after doing a Google search and seeing all of the rave reviews given to Herb Gordon Nissan in Silver Spring, it was a no brainer. I worked with Ben Peter who really listened as I shared with him the options I had become accustomed to with my 2007 Murano SL and how much I was willing to spend on a new one. We quickly realized that the 2017 Murano SL was not in my budget, but Ben Peter and Kevin Yi sat down and together we listed the items I couldn't live without. Within minutes they had designed the car of my dreams. I left knowing I could afford the Murano SV and STILL have all of the options that I desired in the SL. My wonderful experience didn't end there. When I came back to wrap up the paperwork, I had the privilege of working with the finance director Mark Sonn. Can you say math wizard? He was friendly and smart as xxxx. I know buying a car can be extremely stressful, in fact my wife cried after her first car purchase years ago, but i have never been more comfortable than at Herb Gordon Nissan of Silver Spring. I knew I was in good hands. This is a great establishment and you can feel it as soon as you enter. People act like family and seem genuinely happy to be there. Before purchasing my car, I met a friendly gentlemen, Joe, in the parking lot. I believe Joe is the service manager. He chatted with me and my wife like we were long lost friends. As I left that night, I realized that I hugged Joe goodbye like I had known him forever! They have a way of making you feel special. I will recommend Herb Gordon Nissan to everyone I know and as much as I want my new lovely car to last forever, I look forward to going back to buy my next one there. Kudos to Herb Gordon Nissan of Silver Spring. You guys rock!! More

Patience in delivering great service. However, he maintained poise and patiences thru this process. It is difficult to find a used vehicle that has all of the blows and whistles and your description to the tee. Nevertheless we found something for the Misses!!!! Granted it had some miles on it but Musa Guaranteed that the previous 1 owner took care of the vehicle as should. After taking the vehicle for a test drive she was sold. I want to thank Musa for being patient because that would of drove us away to some other dealership. One thing that made my experience with Charles exceptional and ultimately pushed me in my decision to purchase at this Nissan location was his knowledge, patience and attention to my unique car buying experience. Even though I was open to different models, Charles took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each model with my list of must haves. I appreciated his patience, attentiveness and overall attitude about making this sale happen. We spent over 5 hours talking models, test drove one car, and then talked numbers.
