DO NOT BUY CAR FROM BRUCE KIM After a few days of considerations and negotiations, I finally signed the dotted line to purchase a new 2016 Nissan Altima. It was not even 60 seconds After a few days of considerations and negotiations, I finally signed the dotted line to purchase a new 2016 Nissan Altima. It was not even 60 seconds later that Bruce brought out some more paperwork and said, "There's another form which I need you to sign. I am required by law to disclose to you that this car had hail damage which exceeded $1,500." I responded furiously, "Are you kidding me? You're 'required by law' to tell me this, and you think it's ok to disclose this AFTER the sale is official?" Yes, that's right. For years before that time I thought I would never purchase a brand new car since used cars tend to be a much better deal, but I liked the idea that this car I was about to buy was in PRISTINE condition, with no secret history of accidents, etc. Well I did not sue, but I demanded some type of compensation. The dealership knew what Bruce did was illegal so they gave me a lifetime of oil changes in their dealership, as long as I still own the car. I shouldn’t have accepted, since it was still a crappy deal, but Bruce didn't care, because in the end he got his award for selling the top number of cars before the end of the month (my sale was on the last day of the month, so that was obviously more important than honest disclosure!) Secondly, Bruce flat out lied to me about the value of a car I was considering which was four years older than the new one. He inflated the value of that car, telling me it was worth just $5,000 dollars less than the brand new car I was considering. He figured this would assure me that a new car was the smart choice, because it didn't cost that much more than the four year old car. For this though, I am partly to blame for not doing more research myself. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BRUCE. This was an ILLEGAL sale, and I believe it is a strong reflection of his character. Bruce Kim is seriously shady, and I regret buying this car from him. It should've been a happy experience to walk out with a shiny new car, but from the moment I walked out with my new keys I felt nothing but regret and deceit from the dealership, thanks to Bruce. More

A very reliable means of transportation, and the sales service has always been top notch. There are 3 Nissan dealers closer than Herb Gordon, but it is worth the extra time and mileage. This time, my college bound son needed a car quickly, so I gave him my Herb Gordon Nissan's 2006 Altima. Sorry to see it go because it was a great car with low cost maintenance. Therefore, I contacted Herb Gordon's internet sales via an email explaining my preferences. Ben Peter, their internet sales associate, called me within 15 minutes to briefly explain to me what they had in inventory, and asked when I would be available to meet with him and test drive those cars. I selected the car, and I drove it while Ben Peter explained to me the new electronic gadgets, the engine and transmission, and the new safety features that came with the car. After I decided on a car, Ben went over the entire car describing in more detail and showing me by example how those Nissan features worked. If I had any questions, Ben went over the procedure again to assist me in understanding the function. That is great customer service. While going through their financing officer, Mark Sonn, to purchase the car, everything went smoothly and any topics that where discussed were quickly resolved. Again, great customer service. Overall, from the time I arrived to the time I left, it was less than 2.5 hours. That was great. More
