Great Experience!!! After a regretful Toyota purchase, I decided that I wanted to go right back to a Nissan Altima. I searched a variety of dealers online and Herb Gordon had the lowest advertised pricing. When I called the location, I was promptly greeted by Carl De Shazior who was able to confirm that the pricing was correct and set up a time for me to test drive. I went in the same day where Carl and the sales manager, Larry Signora, helped me through the purchase and the trade in. Every person I interacted with was extremely friendly and I did not feel swindled or pressured in the least. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Great service and great prices!!! More

And, with the time approaching for me to decide whether to turn the car in for another lease or buy the car out-right, I knew I would get great advice and friendly service by returning to Herb Gordon. I worked with Ben Peter - he walked me through the costs of a new lease and made sure the features I liked in the car were available and included in his estimate. He helped me evaluate which option gave me the best value based on the miles I typically drive and the condition of my car, etc. Ultimatel , I decided to lease a 2016 Altima and found the process quick and thorough. Both Ben and the finance manager explained all the paperwork and had me driving home on no time. It was a great experience! More

I purchased a 14 Altima in July and have not regretted the decision once. Having worked in customer service it's usually myself on the other end offering what I think excellent customer service entails, from the paper work down to handing over my keys the experience of purchasing my first car was amazing. I always call Chantelle or Musa for anything related to my car, being its my first car I have already been to the shop a few times for minor scrapes and bumps. Everytime the service has been quick and problems have been accurately fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone that was looking to trade in, buy used or new. Pleased Customer Intially, when I found vehicles on Autotrader I decided to look up this dealership. I received a call from Kathleen upon placing an Internet inquire....from that point I came in and met with Benjamin Peter. I informed Ben about my leasing situation, my credit score situation and my recent increase in income. Due to my numerous late payments and issues with Toyota my situation seemed to be pretty difficult to get out of my Benjamin Peter worked with me. For almost 2 weeks Ben worked on getting my into a car and out of my lease. He spoke to the banks with my dad as a consigned and later my brother. Ben tried to get me into the car of my choice until it came to the point where I just wanted a reliable vehicle for myself and my son. After almost 2 weeks Ben called and asked me to come in and i left with a 2015 Nissan Sentra, Ben's customer service was amazing. My situation was very difficult and could've discouraged other salesmen but Ben worked with me the entire time. I will be returning in a few years for the vehicle of my choice and hopefully I can do business with Benjamin Peter again! More

I had done extensive research before buying my 2015 Nissan Murano, including test driving several other brands, and talking briefly with two other dealers -- one of which is just a few miles from my house. Bruce Kim handled my transaction very professionally. I bought the vehicle for a reasonable price and at a great interest rate that no one else offered. Based on my previous experience, I know they will take good care of service needs as well. More

I attempted to work with several Nissan dealers this way and I was very frustrated and aggravated. Bruce always provided any information I requested at the level of detail it was requested. He was patient and professional and as a woman buying a car on my own I never felt he was talking down to me or being pushy, which was VERY refreshing after some of the experiences I had with other dealerships. I will readily admit I was a demanding customer and Bruce worked very hard to get me the exact vehicle and deal I wanted. I would recommend contacting Bruce Kim to help you buy a Nissan. More
Heat shield service I had a heat shield problem that the hose clamps was loose and kept making a rattling noise when i first started the engine. I didn't what the sound was so i went to Bobbell nissan dealer to get it checked. The guy worked there was not knowledgable enough to figure out the problem so he told me to pay $100 for diagnostic. So i left and came to herb gordon dealer. When i got there and told the guy worked there about the sound, he knew right away what it was. He told me it was the heat shield that made all the problem and he would have it checked out for me. Surely it was, so i had to replace the clamps and only paid $25 or $30 for the clamps and labor cost. Because they have knowledgable staffs, it had save my time and money. And now they gained my trust. I would just come here now and wouldnt go anywhere else. Because other dealers i had been to, they always charged me at least $150 everytime i come although my car was only 3-4 years old. They always tried to upsale the service.but here at herb, they r very honest and i really like that about them. And that's what keep me coming back. And i think it would be really stupid for me to pay $100 just for diagnostic js because the staff wasn't knowledgable that he could not figure out the problem based on given information. I wish i remember the guy name at herb. He looks white and mexican. Average height. I think he speaks spanish as well. He was sitting in the front desk on the right. I really appreciate his service.
