I'm from Virginia and was looking at cars in my area and the same exact cars was priced way higher than what Jacob quoted me after going to multiple dealerships here and emailing Jacob for about 2 weeks I decided to make the trip to Herb Gordan Nissan. I found the perfect car with 4 miles on it still had all the protective film on the rims, hood etc looks like it just got off the truck. The whole process from test drive to driving home was less than 2 hours. This is arguably the best car buying experience I ever dealt with and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. More

Got my bills lowered b/c of the extended warranty/copay much better than paying for the full price, hooked me with a loaner car and got my car fixed within a week. Wonderful! I bought a 2007 quest from Carmax 3 years ago. On Monday the motor died on the driver side window with the window in the down position. I called Carma I bought a 2007 quest from Carmax 3 years ago. On Monday the motor died on the driver side window with the window in the down position. I called Carmax and they said it would be a month before they would see us. I was told I could use our extended warranty anywhere. So I called Herb Gordon. They were able to see me the next day and took care of us wonderfully. I had 2 of my 4 children with me and we played in the family room and watched tv. The technicians completed the work in 4 hours. It took that long b/c they had to have the part delivered. Usually Carmax takes days or weeks. Goodbye Carmax. Hello Herb Gordon! More
