You know what he told me? "No". That's right... he didn't say "Why don't you come on in and we'll talk about it" or "Maybe". He said no. Oooh that's rare. Most of us have a hard time making big decisions... and car dealers know that they can "help" us by giving a little nudge. But not everybody likes the nudge. What I found out was that Jordan knew his cars and their values. I also found out that the values of the cars Herb Gordan had were a step up from the other used car dealerships I had been to. Jordan was mature, efficient, calm, ... .and sensed that I didn't need a nudge... but rather information... and time to make the decision for myself. Everyone needs something a little different.
