I originally gave up my Chevy pick-up for an 09, and then upgraded that for a 2011 Murano SL because the trade incentives were very impressive as we'll as the competitive financing. The 2015 I resisted up to the last day my coupon was good. I drove it home and had lunch with my wife, when I returned from the dealership without it, she was highly disappointed. Overall my experience was great, I did not feel like i was pushed into purchasing a car, Justin the finance representative was a big help as well. My experience was quite pleasant from the initial greeting to driving away. First, I was very impressed by the very clean and modern facilities. All service bays sparkled. Not a drop of oil or grease laying around. Chase as my service contact who took responsibility for my visit. Chase explained what services would be performed on my car and advised me that I would be out within an hour and a half. He was better than his word! The car was spotless when I got in. It is obvious that Herb Gordon Nissan takes pride in their work and are very respectful of their customers vehicles and they go to great lengths to assure that no grease or oil gets in the car or on the floor mats. It gives me great pleasure to recommend Herb Gordon Nissan. More
