He was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked many questions about two different vehicles - the Outback and the Legacy. Jim was very responsive to all questions and provided very accurate and helpful information. He even volunteered to come to work with us on his day off. Once we settled on the Outback, the dealership did not have the specific options with the colors that we preferred. Later the next day, I received information from Jim that he not only had located an Outback with the options and colors we wanted, but he had it at the dealership. Needless to say we were overjoyed with the quick turnaround. I truly appreciate Jim and how patiently he worked with us through this process. More
