Mr. Jason Withrow was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We called him from the parking lot of a competitor and he quickly looked up a comparable vehicle as to what we had just seen and gave us responsive. When we went in later that day he had the vehicle already ready for us to see. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the nuances in feature and price differences. When it came to price, he was direct and did not give us a runaround or hassle. Jason even followed up after we purchased the vehicle to make sure we understood all of its features and to see if we had any questions. We had been driving a 1999 Subaru Forester since purchasing it as a new car. We were happy with it and reluctant to replace it. However, there was a major repair needed in 2009 and we considered r purchasing it as a new car. We were happy with it and reluctant to replace it. However, there was a major repair needed in 2009 and we considered replacement then. Instead, we decided on repair. Lakshman worked with us then and made no sale. Ho followed up with regular email for two years and in 2011 there was another major repair needed on our 1999 Forester. This time we decided on replacement and Lakshman was very helpful in locating the right vehicle for us. That was a 2011 Impreza and we are delighted to be driving it. We knew that Lakshman had been working on this sale for two years. How could we buy from anybody else? More
A terrific price - but so much more. Car looked like new (it was and 05) inside adn out when it was presented to me. Herb Gordon is a dealership that I would deal with again and again. I was in the market for a wagon or small crossover SUV. I was considering the new Kia Sportage, Chevrolet Equinox, and Subaru Outback. and again. I was in the market for a wagon or small crossover SUV. I was considering the new Kia Sportage, Chevrolet Equinox, and Subaru Outback. After being disappointed with the Sportage and Equinox, I pulled into the Subaru dealership and the first thing I lay eyes on is the 2011 Outback. I was in love. My best friend and I walked into the showroom and the only car there was an Outback. David Melson was the only guy there that day and greeted us right away. He ended up educating about the vehicle and we went through the entire process of picking the right model and going for a test drive. The car was amazing! I was captivated by the interior and was impressed by how the car handled. I instantly became a Subaru believer! While going through the numbers, David was very straightforward and didn't haggle me in any way. It was a simple and easy process. Not much negotiation needed. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and were able to match with what other dealers were offering. The customer service there is top notch. More dealerships should follow what they're doing there. Everybody is nice and helpful, but most importantly, they know what they're talking about and genuinely care about their customers. Even my man Bryan was nice and helpful when it come to the financing portion of it. Herb Gordon Subaru is amazing. Probably the best in the area. I'm satisfied with the customer service and most importantly, my new 2011 Outback! More

Mr. Sukar Lakshman was our salesmen and he made the whole experience something we actually enjoyed. He was great: honest, straight-forward, very professional, knowledgeable and NEVER pushy. Mr. Brian Liddiard handled the financing part of the purchase which went very smoothly without any haggling over the price. We had a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Herb Gordon Subaru in terms of knowledge, fairness and great customer service. More

After the test drive, the purchasing process went smoothly without any need for haggling over the price, Jason went through all of the available options/warranties in a clear and honest manner, and the dealership gave us a better financing APR than we had found elsewhere. Dave was a great sales representative to work with. I purchased a car from him earlier in the year, and when it came time to get a second new car this year, I immediately went back to him for the new car purchased a car from him earlier in the year, and when it came time to get a second new car this year, I immediately went back to him for the new car. Dave has been very helpful with all of the questions we have had both before and after the sale was made. After the purchase we had a few issues and concerns, but the dealership acted quickly to help us out without any cost to us. Great customer service and a real willingness to help out their customers. Lied about warrenty to sell car. Did not give an honest answer to a very specific question and now I am paying for it in time and money.
