She has helped me with all of my purchases. She is very patient and answered all my questions every time. She is also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. The prices that I have paid have always been great! The service department, new and used car sales, General Manager Robert Willem and Mike Anton in the financing department are always on top of things. They all worked hard to get me what I wanted. Everyone is very professional. I have not really had any problems with any of my cars. I do prefer purchasing a vehicle over leasing, but thats just me. The CTS4 is a remarkable piece of machinery that combines function, looks and comfort into a beatiful luxury vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant to work with in a comfortable atmosphere and I was very pleased with the price I got both on my trade in as well as my new car. I would recomend Joe and Heritage to anyone I know and feel comfortable that they would be treated as well as I was. We all have many options when buying a vehicle I am glad I went a little out of my way to discover Heritage. I enjoy browsing and looking test driving vehicles before I make my final decision and some dealerships make that very difficult or even imposible not at Heritage. I went to Heritage Cadillac at the recommendation of my Dad, who has been buying cars from Tom Monaco for at least 20 years. I got the car I wanted on a great deal and I got financing even though my credit wasn't good and I never owned a car before. Heritage and Tom Monaco did a lot of leg work to get me approved, and they still follow up with me every so often to see how I'm liking the car. One time I called Tom on his cell phone and he explained to me how to use my GPS while I was driving. They even sent me a Christmas gift. Great car, great deal, great dealership. More

I had a WOW experience at Heritage Cadillac, Inc. in Lombard, Illinois last week. I called and described the vehicle that I was looking for to Robert Willems the GM and he told me that he had it. When I arrived at the dealership he showed the vehicle to me and my heart started racing. Black with chrome wheels and rims and fully loaded. He had Ghali Bazzi sit with me in the vehicle and he patiently described and demonstrated all of the features and regularly paused to make sure I understood. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle caught my attention and his quick wit put me at ease. He told me that I could call him anytime I had questions about the car. He even followed up with me the next day to ask if I had any questions. Excellent Customer Service!! Needless to say, I purchased this 2011 CTS Coupe. This is the sharpest automobile in the Chicagoland area (possibly the world)!
