Oil & Filter Change On 4-24-2019 I arrived Heritage 's Service Department in the afternoon (around 3:10 pm) to see if I can get an Oil & Filter change. To my pleasant sur On 4-24-2019 I arrived Heritage 's Service Department in the afternoon (around 3:10 pm) to see if I can get an Oil & Filter change. To my pleasant surprise, Chris Halley said it can be done right away and was able to get the service done with the car wash. This is my 3rd Cadillac that I bought from Heritage Cadillac. In the past when I went for the service with other service personnel, I was given excellent customer service. It appears that Chris Halley is continuing that tradition. Chris appears to be very friendly professional. More

Love my new ride I had been looking and test driving several different models for the past month. I ended up loving the Cadillac XT5 but I wanted one that was one or I had been looking and test driving several different models for the past month. I ended up loving the Cadillac XT5 but I wanted one that was one or two years old. My brother in law found one for me on line at Heritage Cadillac. The location was little further than where I was looking but since the vehicle had everything I was looking for I went. I was greeted by Fran Scepanovich and she was so nice. I took the car out for a test drive and I knew right then and there that was the car for me. However since I had been out all day it was already getting a little late and I had a party to go to that evening. She worked with me on my trade in and we agreed on a dollar amount. I was able to leave a down payment and come back on following business day to take care of all the details and paper work. She has since been very helpful with making sure I know how to work all the extras the car has. I normally do not like buying cars because it normally is such a hassle but Fran made is so pleasant. Thank you Fran and Heritage. More
