Oil & Filter Change On 4-24-2019 I arrived Heritage 's Service Department in the afternoon (around 3:10 pm) to see if I can get an Oil & Filter change. To my pleasant surprise, Chris Halley said it can be done right away and was able to get the service done with the car wash. This is my 3rd Cadillac that I bought from Heritage Cadillac. In the past when I went for the service with other service personnel, I was given excellent customer service. It appears that Chris Halley is continuing that tradition.
